I’m a licensed mortgage advisor serving clients in Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. I offer an impressive background with top national banking and mortgage groups, where I excelled in builder account management for new construction and local real estate agent agencies. I’m a major contributor to REALTORS® Political Action Committee and am an active working member of the South Carolina Real Estate Association and Jacksonville Board of REALTORS®. My team and I specialize in a wide range of traditional and non-qualified mortgage options, including VA home loans, construction financing, jumbo loans. From application to closing, we look forward to providing personalized guidance every step of the way.

On a personal note, I share my time between Chapin, South Carolina, where I enjoy time with family and lake life, and a quaint little coastal community known as Cedar Point, North Carolina.

Currently Owner/Broker-in-Charge at REMAX Home Team Realty. Sports Management Masters at the United States Sports Academy in Mobile, AL and BS degree from Wingate University. Teaching and coaching was an immediate opportunity early in his career and transitioned into a career sales and management role shortly thereafter. Actively involved on SCR Professional Standards Committee, Chair 2019, currently serves on the SCR Board of Directors Executive Committee and RVP Region 4 SC, Central Carolina Realtors Association Board of Directors President 2022.
John's interests include the outdoors, fishing, golf, and spending time with his grandson:) His reading passions include motivational accomplishments and history and a movie favorite is Braveheart.
